Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lavender Lemon! We hope you absolutely love your order. If something doesn’t work out, we’re always happy to help—our goal is to make sure you feel confident and taken care of when shopping with us 🫶🏻

Please review our return policy below and contact us at lavenderlemoncb@proton.me with any questions. Please allow 1 business day for a response. 


For defective/damaged item claims: contact us via email within 2 DAYS of the receipt of your order. Please provide your name, order number, and photos of the damages. 


Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way, with all tags still attached. Items returned with stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, animal hair or similar product stains will be shipped back to you at your own expense. 


Online orders are eligible for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY  if returned within 7 business days of receiving your order. You will receive a notice via email informing you of your credit. If your item is received later than 7 days your item will not be accepted and a credit will NOT be issued. In this case, the item can be returned to you at your expense. You will not be notified by us. 


Shipping costs are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in the mail.

Shop Pay Installments Policy

Orders placed using Shop Pay Installments are only eligible for refund to the original payment method.
Store credit or gift cards cannot be issued for these purchases.

ALL sale items, jewelry, purses, accessories, and bodysuits are FINAL SALE. 


SHOES must be returned in un-damaged box with no signs of wear and tear on the bottom. 


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:


  1. Before making a return, please read our policy to ensure that your items meet the the criteria. 
  2. Include the packing slip with your return. If you no longer have the original slip you can include a piece of paper with your name and order number.

Shipping policy

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible! Most orders are processed and shipped same day or next business day. During periods of high order volume, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing.

Our shipping department is closed on weekends and holidays. All orders will be processed the following business day.

Once a shipping status has updated to ‘Accepted’, Lavender Lemon Clothing Co. is no longer responsible for the delivery of the item(s). We always recommend purchasing insurance on purchases greater than $75 to ensure recourse with the shipper should your order be delayed or lost. 

We retain shipping records, tracking numbers and proof of acceptance by the shipper for each order.
